Although Newbie Beat is timeshared, owners are from time to time unable to fish their rods and offer their fishing for rent.  This is normally done through the fisheries manager or through the fishpal website. 

If you would like to rent a rod for a day or more, then please do so by booking on the fishpal website or by contacting the fisheries manager.

Any visitor renting a rod must collect his/her permit from the Fisheries Manager before starting to fish.  These are normally available in the hut from about 09:00.  If you are visiting and wish to start fishing before this time, this is only permissable with the prior permission of the Fisheries Manager.
